Gulmi police have arrested a 70-year-old elderly man on the charge of raping his 13-year-old grand-daughter. SP Dipak Kumar Basnet of Gulmi police informed that police had arrested the elderly man from Asam in India. The elderly man repeatedly raped the minor girl repeatedly by threatening her by showing knife. The incident came to light after the minor girl went to her father who was living with his second wife and told him about the elderly man's crime.  Police have not made the identity of the perpetrator public to protect the minor girl's identity.
