Study in community schools in Saptari halted due to educational strike

Study at all community schools in Saptari district has been halted due to the 2-days educational strike called by Nepal Teachers Association. The Association called the strike in province 2 stating that the government was moving towards displacing all temporary teachers.
On the first day of the strike, study at all 428 community schools in the district were closed. More than 125,000 students are affected due to the strike.
