A person was killed in an attack by his wife during a dispute in Dolakha on Wednesday. The deceased has been identified as 59-year-old Nimatenji Sherpa of Jiri municipality-1. Nimatenji's wife 45-year-old Phurlhamu Sherpa reportedly hit him on the head with a wooden stick during a dispute between the two on Wednesday night. Nimatenji was later found lying dead on his bed with deep injury on his head. The incident came to light only on Thursday after his son came home. The victim's wife had attempted to hide the incident said Inspector Ram Krishna Shrestha of Area Police Office Jiri. He further added that police started investigation into the incident by arresting Phurlhamu immediately after they were reported about it.
