32-year-old Santosh Shrestha, a teacher at Dreamland Montessori School situated in Ramdhuni municipality-3 on charge of beating 8-year-old Sarvik Bahadur Singh, a 4th grader at the school.
The victim's party filed a complaint against the accused at Area Police Office Pakali on May 3. The child's family claim that he had finger marks on the cheek from being slapped by Shrestha.
The child injured from the beating on May 3, received treatment at a local clinic.
