Rape accused arrested

Police arrested 30-year-old Kedar Pariyar of Chandrapur municipality-9 on Monday on the charge of raping a 10-year-old local girl.
The victim's mother accused Pariyar of raping her daughter on May 3. Police arrested him on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim's mother at Area Police Office Chandranigahapur on May 5. The victim underwent medical examination following the complaint at Chandranigahapur hospital.
