Locals padlocked municipal office of Sunbarsi municaplity, Morang. They padlocked the office demanding transparency of budget which was allocated for the rebuilding of Bakra River Dam. The budget of 2 million rupees was allocated for the rebuilding of dam. Locals accused the mayor of forming consumer group without informing the locals. 

Locals padlocked the office when they didn't get any information about the formation of consumer's group. They have padlocked the office since 1 week. Because of the padlocking, regular office activities like birth registration, marriage registration, recommendation have been affected.
