Two CPN (Biplov) cadres arrested from Kailali

Police arrested 22-year-old Sita Singh of Jayaprithivi Municipality-1, Bajhang, and 27-year-old Prakash Japrel of Kanchanpur on July 20 for their alleged involvement in outlawed Biplov-led CPN.
Ram Bahadur Singh, a CPN cadre, died on July 19 after the IED he carried exploded. Police arrested the duo while they were going to attend Singh's funeral.
According to the police, Sita is the deceased's relative and is involved in the women's association affiliated to CPN (Biplov) and Japrel is a student leader close to CPN (Biplov).
