Police have arrested 28-year-old, Sagar Mainali of Simra, Bara for verbally abusing Prime Minister KP Oli, CPN Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda and Nepali Congress Chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba. He had returned to Nepal from foreign employment some time ago.
SP Sakul Bahadur Thapa said Metropolitan Crime Investigation Division, Teku's team brought him from bara. According to him, action will be taken against the arrested person according to the Electronic Transaction Act.
According to police, Mainali had threatened to 'cut and kill' VIP of the country by uploading videos to Facebook. Mainali said he had made a mistake as he was unknown about the consequences.
Earlier, the person arrested on the charge of verbally abusing Kathmandu Police Chief SSP Uttam Subedi was released after apologizing.
