Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Office, Pokhariya, Parsa has been vandalized on the night of 24th May. In the attack party's flag, signboard and the plants around the office area have been destroyed. 

The Pokhariya Municipal Committee of the NCP has been shocked to find that the party office was attacked by its own cadres.  A meeting of the municipal committee held on Saturday, which was chaired by former MP and Chairperson of NCP Pokhariya Municipal Committee Pradhuman Chauhan, strongly condemned the incident. On the occasion of Madan-Aashrit Memorial Day and one year of integration of the CPN-Maoist and CPN-UML on 17th May, a program was organized at NCP office located at Birgunj Ramdharva-6, Manmohan Nagar where Rambabu Baitha, provincial member, objected that the establishment of Pokhariya Municipal Committee is not systematic.  Therefore, it is suspected that the last night's attack was done by Baitha's group. 

In this regard, provincial member Rambabu Baitha said that the incident at the party office was condemnable. He has claimed that the incident did not happen as suspected. He said that the party should operate according to the party system.
