A youth sustained serious injury in a sharp weapon attack in Dharan on Tuesday evening. 20-year-old Ranjit Tamang of Dharan Sub-metropolitan city-14 Turke was suddenly attacked with a knife by 19-year-old RParuhang Rai and Tuike aka Raj Kumar Tamang of the same place.
A team of police deployed from Temporary Police Post, Naya Buspark and Area Police Office, Dharan rescued the injured and sent him to BP Koirala Institute of Health Science for treatment.
Police have arrested Rajkumar Rai, one of the accused assailant, while Paruhang managed to escape. Police are looking for him.
