On 26th September, relatives of 16-year-old Bishal Chaudary of Tulsipur sub-metropolis-18 filed a complaint against 38-year-old Kaju Chaudary of ward no. 7 of the same municipality.  On 25th March, Kaju took Bishal to Himanchal region of India by promising to get Bishal involved in a good job. Kaju sold Bishal in a labor camp , whereat he was not paid for five months. Kaju's father had died and his mother had eloped with another man that he needed economic ways to sustain himself.

 Chaudhary was rescued from Simla on 9th September and was handed over to Tulsipur sub-metroplois on 17th September. He was later handed over to his relatives on the same day.  

The police are searching the absconding accused who is believed to be hiding in India.
