Ncell tower torched in Palpa

A Ncell tower was torched at Gidakot Rampur municipality-1 in Palpa district on Wednesday night by an unidentified group.
Inspector Bhupal Singh Khamcha of the Area Police Office, Rampur said fire-damaged wire of the tower and the services have been interrupted after the tower was torched.
It was reported that the tower was torched on Wednesday night, but it is not known who set the tower on fire. Police suspect that the Netra Bikram Chand-led group might have torched the tower.
On Wednesday night, the towers of various districts were vandalized and torched. Police are investigating the incident.
An unidentified group has set fire to the Ncell tower in Dhiriganga Rural Municipality-2. The tower was torched on Thursday at nearly 12 a.m. Rana Bahadur Rana, chairman of Ghiring village, said that the battery and control house has been completely damaged by the fire.
Binod Silwal, Chief of the District Police Office Tanahu, said that investigation IS underway on the incident. No group has claimed responsibility for the fire.
