Rohit Parki, a 20-year-old son of an employee of Dhangadi Sub-Metropolis, with one another person assaulted Bhakta Saud, the cook of District Judge Jaynanda Paneru. Police arrested Parki but were unable to arrest the other assailant, said Dakchya Kumar Basnet, the Superintendent of Police. 

According to eyewitness, the duo had tried to seize a cycle from Saud and assaulted him when he refused to give it to them. Arrested Parki, however, has not disclosed the reason for the assault.
