The relatives of a 26-year-old woman with a mental disability, on December 8, filed a complaint of rape against unknown rapist in Area Police Office Tulsipur. They had filed a complaint after discovering that the woman was seven-month-old pregnant on December 6, said DSP Hariharnath Yogi.
