35-year-old Krishna Kumar Manandar, Vice-chairperson of Jaycees Kavre, who has come to Ratnanagar, Chitwan to attend the 46th National Convention of Nepal Jaycees has died mysteriously.
Manandhar, who disappeared from the convention's venue Hotel Star Banquet on December 27, was found dead inside a well on December 29 and was rescued by police on Monday morning.
According to Bhabesh Rimal, DSP of Area Police Office Tandi, on the family's request the body was sent to Teaching Hospital Kathmandu for postmortem.
"There is no injury in the body," said DSP Rimal, adding, "It is not possible to say whether he was killed or it was a suicide". DSP Rimal said the truth will be revealed after the postmortem report.
