Local businessmen have padlocked the FNCCI Office in Dhankuta saying that they were not allowed to put forward their demands properly at the General assembly of FNCCI Dhankuta held on December 9.
The businessmen padlocked the office saying that new businesses, as well as old ones, could not register and renew their membership after the General Assembly immediately entered the closed session.
Meanwhile, Chief Commissioner of the FNCCI Election Committee, Bikash Pradhan, said that the pre-published activities are postponed to Tuesday because of the padlocking and the attempt to create an easy environment is going on. He said that there might be changes in the activities but the election of December 14 will not be affected.
