The death of Jayaprasad Dahal, who was found dead on Sunday morning at his own home, looks suspicious.

Dahal, who came to his residence at Biratnagar-2 after having dinner at Radheshyam Darak's house on Saturday night, was found dead with the half-burnt body on Sunday morning. 

According to Bishwa Adhikari, SP of District Police Office Morang, the investigation was initiated as the dead body was half-burnt and had an injury in the neck. A knife was also found near the spot.

Adhikari said the investigation is initiated as the nature of the death is suspicious even though it was said that the death was caused by the leakage of a gas cylinder.
