Youth arrested on charge of raping teen

Police arrested 24-year-old Sabin Kaji of Sanghurigadhi Rural Municipality-6 on January 28 on the charge of raping a 19-year-old girl.
The victim's party filed a complaint against the accused on January 28 stating that the accused raped the girl on January 24.
The victim's medical examination was conducted at the District Hospital on January 28.
