Local youths assaulted three persons; Satan Adhikari, Ward Chairperson of Jugal Rural Municipality-5, the principal and a teacher of Ratna Rajya Secondary School on Monday night. The ward chair is receiving treatment at Madhyapur Hospital situated in Bhaktapur.
