30-year-old Hemanta Pokharel, a teacher at Godawari Boarding School situated in Ghorahi sub-metropolitan-13, is accused of beating 8-year-old Samir Buda, a third-grader at the school on February 3.
The child's family filed a complaint against the teacher at District Police Office on February 4. The child's treatment was done at Adarsh Health Clinic in Ghorahi on February 3.
