Those in the quarantine at the Jagannath Multipurpose Campus in Baitadi are compelled to defecate in their bedrooms. Yogesh Ram Luhar of Dasharathchanda Municipality-6, Sukuti said that they are forced to defecate in the room as the employees leave at around 8 pm locking them from outside.
They are sitting in the same room with eight people. Everyone has the same toilet and bathroom. That too can be used only in the afternoon. They complained that cleanliness and hygiene are not well managed in quarantine homes.
