Women padlocked Gajehada Police Office in Banganga Municipality-4 of Kapilbastu after a youth accused of sexual abuse was released without any action. Police had arrested a 17-year-old boy and a 42-year-old man on the charge of sexually abusing girls of 8 to 10 years of age. 

The protesting women have accused police of taking bribe from the perpetrator and making the case against him weak. They claimed that the victim has become unsafe after the release of the 17-year-old boy.
