Few people sustained minor injuries during a clash between two groups at Simaltar, Boudha over COVID-19 test. The clash erupted as the testing kit was available for only 500 people although 1500 people from Humla had registered for testing. Over 5000 people of Humla have been stranded in Kathmandu because of lockdown.
