Biplov cadres burn MCC agreement in Butwal

Cadres of Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplov' group burned the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) agreement on Tuesday evening in Devinagar, Butwal.
A leader of Biplov group shared that the agreement is dangerous for the country. He added that even though the parliament has passed the agreement, they will now let the government implement it.
