Youth arrested on charge of abduction and rape

Police have arrested Abdul Hakim Darji (24) of Maharajgunj municipality-9 on 3 June 2020 in accusation of raping a 16-year-old girl.
The victim was raped on 10 February 2020 after being abducted and the complaint was filed on 31 May 2020. On the basis of the victim’s complaint, a case has been filed informed DSP Sunil Malla of District Police Office.
The other two involved in the incident are Majibul Rahman Darji (45) and Abdul Kahim Darji (22) of Kapilbastu municipality-8 who have absconded.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted on 30 May at the District Hospital of Taulihawa.
