Police, on June 24, arrested 21-year-old youth of Bhotekoshi Rural Municipality-4 of Sindhupalchok District on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl on June 22. The victim, who has been living in her sister's house, accused the youth of rape on June 22 when her sister was not home.
