Doctors working in various hospitals of Kathmandu and other districts have staged a sit-in at Maitighar Mandala on Sunday, demanding an end of violence against health workers. Doctors have staged a peaceful protest against the recent violence against health workers. Participants in the sit-in carried placards with slogans such as ‘I want to see the sick but I am still afraid of being beaten’. The rally started from Maitighar Mandala was ended in Baneshwor.
