Locals of Ward 13 and 14 of Tilottama Municipality in Rupandehi have planted paddy on the road at Tindhura of Patthardanda, Tinau road section to protest against the lack of maintenance of the road. Locals said that the municipality collects millions of rupees every year in the name of the road but due to lack of maintenance, it is not possible to ride vehicles. Hemant Poudel, a surveyor at the Survey Office, Butwal, was seriously injured in the accident and was rushed to Kathmandu for treatment.
