Three Biplav cadres including District Secretary arrested

The District Police Office, Jumla, arrested three people, including the district secretary of the government-banned CPN-Biplav group on August 8, Saturday from Ghodegaun of Tila Rural Municipality-7 of Jumla. Among the arrested are 37-year-old Raj Bahadur Bham, Jumla District Secretary, of Mugu Soru Rural Municipality-6, 29-year-old Nanda Thiruwa of Jumla Hima Rural Municipality-7 Dhachu and 16-year-old Sapna Budha of Hima Rural Municipality.
Receipts for donations, membership receipts of Biplav and books have been seized from them and arrested while threatening local people's representatives and contractors and demanding donations.
