Complaint of rape case filed against Rural Municipality Chair

A 31-year-old woman of Manthali Municipality filed a complaint of rape against 45-year-old Govinda Bahadur Khadka, the chairperson of Likhu Tamakoshi Rural Municipality on August 23.
The victim accused the chairperson of raping her nine months ago. She underwent a medical examination on August 23 at Primary Health Center in Manthali.
