The black market of government subsidized chemical fertilizer has increased in Saptakoshi Municipality of Saptari. 

In Saptakoshi municipality, it has been found that the agricultural cooperatives have sold the government subsidized fertilizer to the traders instead of selling it to the farmers. Local traders Fuchung Shah and Radha Krishna Rauniyar Gupta were arrested on Tuesday while they were selling chemical fertilizers at exorbitant prices.
