Teen arrested for raping 8-year-old sister in Kathmandu

Police arrested a 16-year-old boy on September 23 from Kathmandu on the charge of raping his 8-year-old sister. The boy allegedly raped the girl on September 22 when they were alone at home.
The victim's medical examination was conducted on September 23 at Prasuti Griha in Thapathali.
