Morang/May 15 Two students of Model Boarding School in Urlabari VDC-3 have been injured after their teacher banged their head on the wall and thrashed them on May 15. Tenth graders Sandhya Rasaili and Dikshya Chauhan were injured when teacher Punya Ghimire banged their head on the wall for not answering a question. Sandhya said that Ghimire suddenly beat them and banged their head on the class room wall when a class of Nepali subject was ongoing. Sandhya is being treated at Neuro Hospital in Biratnagar. Injured Dikshya has returned home after treatment, according to police. Area Police Office Urlabari had taken the accused teacher in custody. Inspector Bed Prasad Gautam said that the teacher was released on condition of presenting himself when necessary.
