Youth arrested on charge of raping elderly woman in Terathum

Police arrested 25-year-old Sinharaj Khapung of Phedap Rural Municipality-3, Jaljal on December 5 on the charge of raping a 51-year-old woman. He was arrested after receiving information that he had raped the woman on December 4 after consuming alcohol.
