Police have re-arrested Chakra Bahadur Khatri of, on November 27 from his his house in Halesi Tuwachung Municipality-2, Dikuwa. Khatri is a member of Chand led CPN in Khotang and is the head of the party's finance department.
He was released on June 7 in the presence of National Human Rights Commission member Govinda Sharma Poudyal and as per the order of Supreme Court.
