Students and locals staged a protest rally in Patan municipality and different places of the Baitadi district on February 7 demanding immediate arrest of the culprits behind the rape and murder of 17-year-old Bhagarathi Bhatta of Chadepani in Dogadakedar Rural Municipality-7 of Baitadi. Participants at the protest rally chanted slogans demanding justice for Bhagarathi organizing an assembly before the District Administration Office.
