Youth arrested on charge of raping a teen in Rupandehi

Police arrested 23-year-old Lal Bahadur Kewat of Suddhodhan Rural Municipality-1, Bhagalpur on March 17 on the charge of raping an 18-year-old girl. The victim had lodged a complaint at the District Police Office alleging that the accused had raped her on February 23.
