Amit Pariyar, a driver of a tractor ( plate number Lu A F 1012) was arrested on the charge of throwing his injured co-driver, Ganesh Gaha, alive into the Kaligandaki River in Syangja from Shakhar of Galyang Municipality on March 18.
According to the police, driver Amit Pariyar and co-driver, Sunil Rana threw the injured Gaha in the river and fled. The absconding accused Sunil was arrested from Palpa on March 21. While, Amit was arrested on March 26 from the Belahiya border while he was fleeing to India with his wife and daughter.
