Three youths were arrested on the charge of injuring and attempting to rob a person in Balaju by attacking him with an axe. Among the arrested are 18-year-old Suman Pariyar, 18-year-old Chiring Moktan, and 21-year-old Suraj Tamang.
According to the Kathmandu Metropolitan Police, the accused, on April 16, attacked 19-year-old Ramesh Chanara of Balaju, Kathmandu-16, with an axe to rob him and then fled. The attack has seriously injured Chanara.
