Province 1, Dhankuta, Dhankuta
A meeting of the Dhankuta Municipality Crisis Management Committee held on April 21 decided to close schools in the city from April 22 to 30.
A 20-year-old student studying at Dhankuta Institute of Health Sciences in Dhankuta Municipality-6 was diagnosed with corona infection on April 20. Meanwhile, more than a dozen students at the college where he is studying have similar symptoms of COVID-19. The schools in the municipality area are being closed to take precaution.
Schools have been asked to use virtual or alternative learning methods instead of teaching in physical presence. Hence, if the examination has to be conducted, it is requested to take the examination only by strictly following the health standards.
