Rupandehi, Balatkar ka aroopit purapekshya ma. Lekhnath Bhandari, 52, of Chandbari,Butwal N.P-8 has been remanded in regional prison by the order of District Court on charge of raping 15-year-old girl. Judge Bal Chandra Sharma handed down the verdict.
