Siraha, Balatkaar ghatna ka aroopit purapekshya ka lagi thuna ma. Biltu Mukhiya,23, of Bhawanipur VDC-6, Siraha has been remanded in regional prison on 24 July by the order of District Court of Siraha on charge of raping 33-year-old single woman. Judge Uddhav Pd. Bhattarai handed down the verdict.
