Man arrested in Rupandehi on the accusation of attempted rape

A 25-year-old woman lodged a complaint at area police office Marchawar, against Binod Mallaha,30, resident of Mayadevi rural municipality-5 Mangalpur on the charge of attempted rape on September 6. According to the police, the accused attempted rape to the victim on August 20.
