Siddhartha Thakur, a student in grade four from Swastik English Boarding School, Janakpur had his right hand fractured after being beaten by two teachers. According to the victim's father, a teacher named Shobha Shah hit him with a pipe on September 8 for not doing homework. The boy ran home next day screaming in pain, after another teacher named Rabbani Hussein also beat him in the same spot of the hand with duster. The victim's father reported the incident to the principal Shyam Sundar Shah. The lady teacher also happens to be wife of the principal.
