Jhapa/August 5 A complaint of rape attempt has been filed at the Area Police Office on August 5 accusing Harka Bahadur Darji, 75, of Bahundangi VDC-1. According to ASI Nabaraj Thapa of the APO Kakkadbhitta, preliminary investigation revealed that Darji attempted to rape the girl on the morning of August 3. Medical test of the girl was conducted at the Mechi Zonal Hospital in Bhadrapur, said Thapa. He said that search for the accused was ongoing.
