Kathmandu,Bhidantma Dinesh Adhikari'Chari' mariyeko prahariko dabi. Kathmandu/August 6 Police have claimed that Dinesh Adhikari alias Chari has been killed in a cross-fire at Bhimdhunga on August 6. According to Crime Investigation Division, the gang with Adhikari engaged in a cross-fire with the police team led by DSP Meera Chaudhary of CID, Metropolitan Police Range Hanumandhoka. Adhikari was accused of attempting to murder Radhe Bhandari of Dhading constituency 1 six months ago by attacking him with khukuri. Security sources said that Adhikari who had stayed in India for a long time to avoid arrest had entered Kathmandu 15 days ago. Police source said that search for him was intensified following information that he had threatened businesspersons after getting back to Kathmandu. Body of Adhikari has been taken to TU Teaching Hospital in Maharajganj for autopsy. Family of Adhikari has accused police of killing him after arrest. Details into the incident are awaited.
