Police arrested a 26-year-old bank employee working at a bank in Baglung accused of raping a 30-year-old woman on October 20. He had made the woman as the righteous sister for some years and used to put tika from her during Tihar. The Police arrested him on October 27 after the victim filed a complaint against the bank employee, who is a permanent resident of Joshipur rural municipality-1, in Kailali.
