Kailali/August 9 The District Court in Kailali has sent Sarbesh Loniya, 18, of Lalbojhi VDC-2 in custody on August 8 for investigation regarding rape attempt of a 6-year-old girl. According to the court, the accused was remanded in district prison Kailali for investigation on charge of attempting to rape the girl on July 18. Loniya is accused of trying to rape the girl under the pretext of showing her a song in mobile phone as she was playing near a local temple. Mother of the girl had filed a complaint at the Area Police Office Bhajani on July 19 against Loniya. Her medical check-up was conducted at the Seti Zonal Hospital in Dhangadhi on the same day.
