Youth arrested on charge of raping a teen girl in Pyuthan

Police arrested Prem Bahadur Budha, a 21-year-old resident of Naubahini Rural Municipality-2 on December 21 on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl. According to Inspector Devi Prasad Gaire of the District Police Office, the victim had lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on December 21 alleging that the accused had raped her.
