Kamala Thapa, 22, of Diktel Municipality-7 has lodged a complaint against her husband Ramesh Thapa, 25, brother-in-law Gopal Thapa, 35, and Purna Thapa, 37, at district police office of Diktel on August 21 accusing them of domestic violence. The victim accused them of inflicting torture, threatening her of life and terrorizing her. She further accused them of threatening to expel her from the house on August 19. She complained her husband of not looking after her. They were married two years ago. Based on the complaint lodged by the victim, the accused would be summoned for discussion, said ASI Manoj Yadav of district police office, Diktel.
